General Policies

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

If you place your order with A - Z Gear we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We only offer quality brand name products.  If any A - Z purchase ever fails to meet your satisfaction, for any reason, simply return it for a refund per our policy.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are generally shipped the same or next business day of order receipt and payment approval, or you will be notified by email and/or phone.  Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of shipments via Regular delivery.  Allow 4-5 business days for delivery of shipments via Rush delivery.   Shipments are typically processed via UPS,  so please provide a street address as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. box.

Payment Methods

A - Z Gear accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.   We do not accept checks.   We are not responsible for cash sent for mail orders.  All orders must be paid in US funds.

International Orders

International orders are reviewed on a case by case basis.  Only orders of large quantity are considered.  International orders which are accepted must be pre- paid by wire transfer.  The customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes which may apply.   Additional shipping charges will apply and must be confirmed before sending payment.  No international orders will be shipped until payment is received.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii carry higher shipping costs.  Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must choose either delivery/handling to Alaska or delivery/handling to Hawaii shipping method.

Returns and Exchanges

When you receive your order, inspect it immediately.  All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported by you to the delivering carrier.  The carrier is responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping and they will contact us to re-ship damaged items.

If you are simply not satisfied, please return items in new condition¹ within 30 days along with a copy of the original order invoice and request a refund² or enclose new order instructions listing the new item you wish to order.  We do not accept returns on used material.  Please follow the manufacturer's warranty instructions on all used material.  

For your protection, we recommend you insure the package for its full value.  COD's are not accepted.   Please ship returns and exchanges to:

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges.  The customer will also be responsible for freight charges in the event that the return does not meet the outlined return criteria and needs to be re-shipped back to the customer.  Rejected returns are assumed abandoned if return shipment has not been arranged 30 days from A-Z's notification that the item does not meet the return criteria.

¹All Leupold product is sold factory cellophane wrapped and is considered used material if the cellophane is removed.
²Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.  All returns are subject to a 15% processing fee.
